The British car maker, Land Rover, launched the updated version of Range Rover SUV in India during the third quarter of 2018. Changes to the flagship model primarily include cosmetic tweaks to the exterior. The cabin also receives styling changes and new equipment for a plusher experience. The standard and long-wheelbase versions are offered with a 3.0-litre diesel engine that makes 190kw of power at 3750rpm against 600Nm of torque between 1750 to 2250rpm and a 4.4-litre oil burner with 250kw of power at 3500rpm along with 740Nm of torque between 1750-2250rpm. It also gets a 3.0-litre petrol engine that pushes out 250kw of power at 6500rpm against 450Nm of torque between 3500 to 5000rpm. All these engines are paired to an 8-speed automatic gearbox with Drive Select Rotary Shifter.
Available in both petrol and diesel engine choices, the new Land Rover Range Rover range mileage varies across several trim levels between 7.8km/l for the petrol SWB automatic to 13.33 km/l for the diesel LWB automatic. While the 4.4 diesel LWB offers 11.49km/l.
